1. On a sheet of paper, write down on the left side of the paper the specific limiting thoughts (fears/doubts, etc) that go through your mind that are holding you back.
For example:
"Things I think or say that are not helping me”
"How will I be able to make $1 million per year? It seems so out of reach."
"What if I can't continue to make the income I have been making that is so good."
"Raising kids is too hard."
"I have a hard time believing I will be able to maintain my ideal weight."
2. On the right side, take the statements from the left column and re-word them into the opposite in the form of a statement.
For example:
"My successful self-talk"
"I make a million dollars every year"
" I consistently make an excellent income of $_________."
"Raising kids is a blessing. I love the honor and privilege of raising kids."
"I breathe deeply, exercise daily, and feed myself with good nutritious food."
"Every physical movement that I make burns the extra fat in my body and helps me to maintain my ideal body weight.
